As a current customer, the conversion to our new platform has begun and we have already installed new security packages on your servers and workstations, to harden the already robust protection that was in use.

What’s next?

Our next phase of this approach is to augment our mail security platform, hence the reason I am writing you today. In the coming weeks, we will be moving your email protection to the Total IT Protect platform. With this migration, you may notice a different “look and feel” to your spam quarantine emails, and at first, you may experience a higher rate of false positives (legitimate emails that get held as spam). Rest assured, this will only be temporary as the new platform learns your email habits. Your spam quarantine emails will continue to arrive at the same time, and you will no longer have to log in to view your spam quarantine! There is no action on your part required for the migration and switching to our new platform will be seamless to you and your employees. We will be reaching out to you with further information when we schedule your cutover.
